§ 1

The name of the association is
”The Right Honourable Gentlemen Golfers’ Whisky Association of March 19th 2003”

§ 2

“The Right Honourable Gentlemen Golfers’ Whisky Association of March 19th 2003”has as its aim:

  1. To propagate and procure the knowledge of whisky amongst the members of the association – and exclusively that brand of whisky manufacturing known as ”Single Malt” domiciled in Scotland
  2. To secure the members a healthy, abundant and exciting life through supply of the correct amount and quality of “Usquebaugh” – also named ‘the Water of Life’ and Whisky. In full honour of and compliance with the aim of the association qua resolution no. 1, the association has invested in its own 250 litres barrel of whisky – separate resolution hereon
  3. To uphold the high standard of code in benefit to the Danish society, thus the members in the light of good taste and experience of life are not tempted to enjoy the Water of Life under any other name or origin than the only genuine product – Single Malt
  4. To exchange experience and rules of superior etiquette when it serves to fulfil § 2.1
  5. To arrange travel- and golf events when these also serves to fulfil § 2.1

§ 3

As members of ”The Right Honourable Gentlemen Golfers’ Whisky Association of March 19th 2003”
is only admitted male, golf playing gentlemen older than 35 years, who are economical independent as well as able to communicate in the most inspiring and optimistic way via e-mail

§ 4

The number of members in ”The Right Honourable Gentlemen Golfers’ Whisky Association of March 19th 2003” is limited to 12 persons, who solely are worthy of life long membership through proper documentation of terms stated in

The members of ”The Right Honourable Gentlemen Golfers’ Whisky Association of March 19th 2003” secures their membership as follows:

  1. The Alderman and Deputy Alderman each appoints 2 members in consideration of the terms specified in § 3
  2. Each of these 6 members of the association recommend in writing one member for acceptance, whereupon the Alderman on the basis of the linguistic and argumentative presentation solely decides whether the candidate is worthy to be accepted into the association

§ 5

As stated in § 4, ”The Right Honourable Gentlemen Golfers’ Whisky Association of March 19th 2003” is not a democratic association where all members have an equal voice

Management, organization, responsibility, competence, duties and assignments in ”The Right Honourable Gentlemen Golfers’ Whisky Association of March 19th 2003” is as follows:

  1. The Alderman Mikael Sthaalros with no duties, but with dictatorial powers
  2. Deputy Alderman Niels Vester with the duty to ensure the Alderman a rich, exciting and good life in every respect
  3. 10 common members, who partly must ensure the Deputy Alderman latitude to fulfil his duties, partly provide impeccably conduct of the practical and impractical business of the association

If the Alderman for a period of time – no matter what cause and reason – is not able to attend to his duties, he can delegate his powers to the Deputy Alderman and also appoint a Deputy Deputy Alderman temporarily

Suggestions from the members are always welcome. They must be proposed in writing and motivated. They are sent to the Alderman, who decides the validity and destiny of the proposals according to § 5.A

§ 6

If a member of one or more unintelligible reasons wishes to leave the association and transfer his privileges and especially his duties to a third party this can only happen according to the regulations in § 4.2

§ 7

The members will meet once a year observing:

  1. Being host for the meetings of the association will alternate among the members
  2. The meetings in year 1, 4, 7 and 10 are to be located at a geographical locality according to the regulations in § 2.1 – year 1 is determined as 2003
  3. Each meeting has an agenda as follows:

–  18 holes stroke play on a golf course that matches the high quality demands of the association

– Dinner and vines chosen by the host

– At least three different bottles that matches the regulations stated in § 2.1 and 2.2

– The host defines further items on the agenda

– The host has a right and duty to demand payment from the members of the association to cover his expenses                in connection with the meeting

  1. The golf round mentioned in § 7.3 will be part of a 10 year tournament for the members of the association. The Alderman has the right to impose fines for bad games according to § 5 A. Imposed and collected fines are to be used in benefit of the members of the association
  2. The members of the association are obliged to silence about subjects discussed or witnessed at a meeting if these are to be seen as sensitive to one or more of the members

§ 8

”The Right Honourable Gentlemen Golfers’ Whisky Association of March 19th 2003” consists solely of genuine gentlemen why it must be seen as futile to make rules for exclusion of members.

The alderman has nevertheless the possibility and the right to immediate exclusion of members who are caught using additives in products subject to § 2.1 and § 2.2. Exemptions can be granted on basis of medical causes – if so, medical certificate must be presente

§ 9

”The Right Honourable Gentlemen Golfers’ Whisky Association of March 19th 2003” can only be dissolved:

  1. If products mentioned in § 2.1 are no longer produced (god forbid)
  2. If the association is not able to attract genuine golf playing gentlemen
  3. When the members of the association are no longer able to play golf
  4. If all members – including The Alderman – agrees

Prior to dissolving the association all assets as well as liabilities, that are not the personal property of a member, must be consumed in unison

So decided concerning the founding of ”The Right Honourable Gentlemen Golfers’ Whisky Association of March 19th 2003”.
